Kids Training
Bring your children to our beautiful new Japanese style dojo and allow them the opportunity to learn with our friendly, proficient, and world-class instructor.

Our program is designed to enhance mental focus, physical coordination and mastery as well as internal discipline. Undeniable life skills for all ages. The benefits of Kyokushinkai training don’t end in the dojo. The boost in confidence, increased fitness level and new cooperation skills will also help the child navigate the academic and social aspects of school, affect his/her behaviour at home and have an all-around good influence on him/her as he/she develops into an adult.

Children age of 3 are walking and running, kicking, and throwing. They're naturally active, so be sure to provide lots of chances for your child to practice and build on these skills. By the time kids are 4 to 5 years old, their physical skills like running, jumping, kicking, and throwing, have come a long way. Now they'll continue to refine these skills and build on them to learn more complex ones. Take advantage of your child's natural tendency to be active. Feeling confident about his or her abilities builds self-esteem.
